Your therapist will provide hands-on, evidence-based care combining physiotherapy, movement strategies, and nervous system regulation techniques to create lasting results.
Plus, they'll bring the tools and equipment needed for your session which means no travel or waiting rooms, just expert care in your home!

In addition to mobile physiotherapy, we’re pleased to offer Yoga Therapy & Scar Release Therapy. These gentle, holistic approaches complement physiotherapy and support your body’s natural healing.
How long does a typical session last?
Assessments usually last 60–75 minutes and include a health history, movement and mobility testing, and a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up sessions range from 30–60 minutes, depending on your goals and the therapist’s recommendation.
How do I prepare for a session?
To get the most out of your session, here are a few simple steps:
Create a bit of space: A clear area to move comfortably is helpful.
Wear comfy clothes: Opt for clothing that allows easy movement.
Have key information available (if needed): A list of medications and any specific goals or concerns you'd like to discuss.

Follow-up Sessions:
60 min: $160

Mileage and travel are included in our rates within the Nanaimo area.
Please note that reduced rates are available for seniors in care facilities. Please inquire below.
