I found Charlotte's Rewired for Resilience at a time in life when I sacrificed everything for work. I didn't make time for self-care, socializing, or relaxation. In a new work position, I felt I needed to be in early, stay late, and take on extra projects. Unsurprisingly I was in a constant state of burnout and recognized that things needed to change.
I use the information and techniques I have learned with RFR on a daily basis. Not only do I find the neuro drills an invaluable tool to help regulate my physical symptoms of stress, but I am now much more in tune with my body's warning signs so I can more effectively manage situations and stay present.
Over the three months of information, practical, and one-on-one coaching sessions, I have seen my work and personal life improve. I sleep better, am more efficient and effective at work, and most importantly, I know I have the tools I need to continue to move toward my goals and live the life I want!
