Coaching is a collaborative, future-focused process designed to help you navigate a current personal or professional challenge with greater awareness, self-trust, and intention.

Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, this work is about creating the conditions for meaningful, lasting change by helping you understand the deeper patterns shaping how you think, feel, and move through life.

Together, we explore where you are now, what you want to create, and what may be standing in the way.

Often, the challenge is not a lack of motivation or capability. It’s that the nervous system, unconscious beliefs, and conditioned emotional responses are still organized around old patterns.

My Approach

My work integrates neuroscience, somatic nervous system regulation, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) to support change at both the cognitive and embodied level.

This approach helps uncover the deeper patterns that influence your behaviours, emotional responses, beliefs, and capacity for change. By working with both the body and the unconscious mind, we can begin to shift what has been operating beneath the surface and create space for a new way of being.

The work is trauma-informed, body-based, and tailored to your individual needs. It is designed to support greater nervous system flexibility, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and internal alignment.

What Sessions are Like:

Sessions are personalized, one-on-one, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore who you are, what you want, and how to move through the obstacles standing in your way.

All coaching sessions are offered virtually.

I offer evidence-based, interactive workshops designed to support stress regulation, resilience, and well-being in workplace and group settings.

Drawing from neuroscience, somatic practices, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), these workshops provide practical tools to help participants better understand their nervous systems, navigate stress more effectively, and cultivate healthier, more sustainable habits.

Workshops can be tailored to the needs of your team or organization and are available both in person on Vancouver Island and virtually.
