What is Coaching? Is it right for me?

As a coach, I support committed, healthy and resourceful people in moving forward in a current professional or personal situation.

Together, we will explore the kind of future you wish to create for yourself.

Coaching aims to draw out your own intelligence and inner wisdom rather than the coach taking on a role of advising or being an expert consultant.

Are you someone who has tried everything (therapy, personal development books, seminars, coaching...) yet you're still not getting the breakthroughs you want?

We've been told time and time again that in order to create the lives we desire, we have to be really clear on what we want. But more often than not, even with the best intentions and all the positive visualization, we still might not achieve what we set out to do!

Whether you desire transformation in your life, your health, your relationships, your finances, or your career, did you know that there could be something beyond your conscious awareness that's holding you back from being able to make your big goals happen?

Using the classic cat - errr - iceberg metaphor, our conscious mind is represented as the tip of the iceberg while the unconscious mind is everything underneath it. Our unconscious mind, though often overlooked in traditional talk therapy, is much more significant because it generates our behaviours, responses, and reactions.

Since all learning, behaviour, and change happen in the unconscious mind, we must work with the unconscious to optimize the information your senses takes in, as well as to change limiting beliefs and emotions, heal from trauma, and to create drive and motivation in the direction we choose.

We also have to account for the way in which our nervous systems respond to stress (think fight, flight, freeze, fawn) so that we can learn how to navigate and rewire these deeply ingrained programs to access the unconscious mind!

I use comprehensive

neuroscience-based coaching methods to equip clients with the knowledge and tools they need to move beyond the analytical to a body-based, trauma-informed practice. All of the techniques I use with my clients are easy to apply and integrative to ensure lasting change.

Personalized success coaching is focussed on self-discovery, creating self-trust and flexibility in your nervous system, and re-wiring outdated beliefs or programs in order to create the life you desire.

The goal is to increase healthy regulation of the nervous system and facilitate positive change through rewiring of limiting beliefs, negative emotions and traumatic experiences.

During these sessions, we will work together one-on-one to help you learn about who you are, what you aspire to in your life, and how to overcome the obstacles in the way.

Please note that all coaching sessions are done virtually.
