The “Spring Chicken” Meditation (Yep, Really 🐥)

Try this quick Chicken Meditation to reset your nervous system:
🐥 Step 1: Stand up and start bouncing marching on the spot.
🐥 Step 2: With your arms bent at the elbows, flap them against your sides like a chicken.
🐥 Step 3: Inhale and exhale through your nose, coordinating the timing of your breath with your arm and leg movements
🐥 Bonus: Make a little “bok bok” sound if you’re feeling extra fun. (no judgement, I promise 😉)
Try this for 30-60 seconds and notice how much lighter and looser you feel! Nervous system regulation doesn’t have to be serious—it can be fun, too!
